 White Cast vinyl.  They have a certain degree of stretch for easy placements. 

If you do not wish to seal; *Waterproof and scratch resistant. Holds a 3-4 year outdoor rating. 

I do suggest a low tac transfer tape if you have troubles placing by hand, ( even clear contact paper from the dollar tree works great!)

 20oz will be sized 9.3 wide by 8.2 tall

30oz will be sized 10.25 by 9.5 tall.
